There's a new higher grade for us in the TSO scheme....after being fought for for so bloody long, they finally stamped their approval on it...next grade will be Grade V (Grade 5) with a salary cap of $3.5K....lucrative as it may sound, I really hope my application will be taken into consideration and bring me on to the next level....I need a change...and a change has got to come....
Oh please, please, please.........
