Back on Track.....SLOWLY...but SURELY =)

Alright it seems like I'm getting back on track with my physical activities...nothing much but juz the normal jogging...last nite's jog was invigorating...it felt good definitely...sore muscles yes but hell yeah...light feeling after that is incomparable...bliss!~

Ok now that i'm slowly back on track, i'm gonna start minding wat goes into this mouth of mine...food i mean!~ i'm trying to keep it down to a meal a day, loads of beverage...well water la mainly and fruits and nuts as frequent as possible...gonna start to be more discipline....so if i do falter, pls someone literally kick me in my ass pls...u'll be doing me a great big favour...really need it to reach my goal by year end...

So if anyone's gonna ask me out for makan be it lunch or dinner, pls make prior arrangement with me k...so that i may plan my day...anyway, i'm always planning my day since the start of time hehe...

Ok today's weather ain't bad....gonna jog again if it doesn't rain later...hopefully not....someone hold up the skies pls!

PS: u may ask me anytime for coffee though...now that's one vice i wun reject hehehe =p
