Got the letter....it came so suddenly....mind went blank after reading the content....it seemed like only last week I clicked the submit online application button...and here it was, the letter in my hand...what shocked me even further was the date of the interview....it's slated on thursday 11.55am...what a timing!
Broke the news to my boss first....she was wide-eyed...but nodded with a smile....next went to Big Boss...he gave a pleasant shock...offered some advices and hints....I smiled coming out of his office....the next person I told was Wendy hahahaha....the closest one to me...gave me some tips too...haven't tell the colleague yet though =p
Took the morning leave with Big Boss' permission...darn! could have taken the entire day if not for the meeting in the afternoon where I had to do presentation....they always tell me last minute if I am to do presentation and had been doing so for the past 4 meetings zzzzzz........
Came in at 11.30...saw a small crowd outside...handed in my papers....before I could take a seat, my name was called....wow! that was fast....before I knew it, it was over within minutes...from the look of things and the wide smiles on their faces, I think it went smoothly....now, I can only pray for the very best....took a cab back to work as time was not on my side....bumped into Wendy, Boss and Big Boss consecutively one after another....all three smiled when I said it went good...I told Second Big Boss after the meeting ended...she too was all smiles....
Today's a day for smiles for me...It surely gave me a good feeling inside....yeah I feel good...
