Things had been getting out of control lately....here I am, helming the fort to the best I possibly can and there sits an ogre doing I-dunno-what-shit on the lappy....the ogre lacks a lot of self-initiative...and just plain lazy and bloody incompetent....I rushed out work after work just so things do not pile up and hang somewhere....even if the ogre did do some work, it will be crappy substandard...I totally abhor such poor work ethics....if I wanna do a piece of work, I will make sure I go all out and carry it out to my best capability....reason is I certainly do not wish to bring down the morale and spirit....hence, because of this, I shouldered most of the load....many came to me last minute giving work...try this out, do this, I need that in the next hour, I wanna do this now etc...
Boss was enraged when the ogre didn't pick up her call...I tried calling and texting but still no reply from him...I don't know where he went...searched the compound...his ride wasn't around...death tolled in my ears....Boss rang me up, reprimanded me, blasting away....all these while, I haven't got the slightest clue what she was after....after knowing the whole crap, it's all the ogre's fault for forgetting and not being on task...Today alone, I got lambasted thrice...very, very demoralising to the point it hurts...Boss demanded to know why this and that haven't been completed...I was just too blanked out to voice anything...just gazed to the floor...I have so many on my platter...before I could embark on a new work, a more important one came along...I had no choice but to prioritise...and this is what I got in return...
Boss kept emphasizing ON TASK ON TASK before storming off.....wish I could but I just couldn't....
More resentment than anger, I picked up my stuff and left...the ogre returned my call...I just told him go find boss and hung up...
Tomorrow is my most hated day of the week and I'm pretty damn sure we're gonna get a shelling from Boss again....thinking of it, everything just slumped....
I just wanna get away from everyone there...I need to breathe...
