It's another weekend ahead...blink blink blink and the month of January had already passed...fast eh! Seems like only yesterday was it the December of 2007...oh well...work has been very fast-paced...things happening at an accelerating speed every single day...practicals back to back...SPAs...remedials...tests...exams....surprisingly, I'm not finding it a burden to stay back a lil bit after work...see i knocked off work at 4 daily...but of late, I'm like super willing to stayed back till almost 7...sometimes forgoing my tuition...ok ok postponing my tuition...hehhee
Of course, there's the hiccups along the way...budget planning, clashes of practical sessions, changes in lab venues....software hardware and publication matters....all tossed around...still cracking my head to solve things....Now i'm being put in Staff Well-Being Committee...yippee!~ One more shining beacon to my annual work review....this time, i'm taking charge of the EAS group mainly...taking note of their birthdays, planning learning journeys, help in organising some school events like Speech Day and the ultimate one being the Teacher's Day dinner....finding a venue is such a work....i've yet to embark on it though coz i haven't gotten any details as yet...
I'm finding that my job's good...putting aside all the crap, i actually got a chance to be with students....assisting teachers...sometimes they leave the entire practical for me to conduct...well some la especially when it comes to using the Dataloggers, Bio and Chem practicals...I have students screaming my anme in class juz to help them out eg cutting sheep's kidneys, dilution techniques etc...it sure does feels nice to be appreciated...Love the teaching part, hate the admin side...but all in all, i'm in good form...insyallah, i'll stay positive and healthy...
Last saturday, did Community Involvement Project with some students...went around the school's neighbourhood to collect newspapers and basically be rag-and-bone man for the morning...Took Sec 4A2....amazingly, they were really cooperative and sweet...didn't have as much problem handling them outside as compared to them in the labs...notti kids...all went well...collected like tonnes of junk and sold it off to the junkman ...then went to East Coast to meet up with dear...chatted at McCafe over yucky coffee...always good to have u around...love u!
Tmw meeting Dear and Ah Ken at Bukit Batok then off to I-dunno-where....Ah Ken, pls better come up with something hor LoL~ Sunday going to Mak Mok's house to collect pineapple tarts...
Now I'm at City Hall waiting for Mamat...he's late...damn bloody late...argh!~ but nvm i have my lappie and Gloria Jean's coffee with me so time flies hehhee and maybe tonite, Play's on the agenda yeah!~ lol~ Hope it comes true =p
Alrite, LNY next wk...2 and a half working days yeah yeah yeah! Going to pasir ris chalet with the aunties and uncles and cousins and my beloved grandmother on fri....ooh and Nuraidah's engagement also on tat day...hahaha about time my dear cousin...Aida's next in line then me hurhurhur...u ppl wait long long k....then Saturday is Dear's birthday...can't wait for it...!
